Strength & Sweat is our open small-group personal training class, designed for anyone who wants the motivation of training with others while still receiving expert coaching.

You don’t need to come with a group — simply book your spot and train alongside like-minded people in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Expect strength-based training with a sweaty finish, programmed to build confidence, power, and consistency.

Kids Strength & Conditioning

Kids Strength & Conditioning (Ages 6–10)

Fun, structured sessions focused on building coordination, movement skills and early strength foundations.

Teen Strength & Conditioning (Ages 11–14)

Progressive strength training designed to improve performance, confidence and resilience.

Small groups: Max 4 per session to ensure quality coaching.

Pricing: £12 PAYG or £66 for a 6-week block (per child).

Booking: Parents log into their Mindbody account and book their child directly from the timetable.

How do I book my child onto a class?

All bookings are made via our Mindbody system. Parents log into their account, select their child profile and book directly from the timetable.

How do I add my child to my Mindbody account?

Log into your Mindbody account, go to your profile settings and add your child as a family member. Once added, you will be able to switch to their profile when booking classes.

I can’t see the kids classes on the timetable

Make sure you are logged into your account and viewing the correct week. If the issue continues, please contact us and we’ll help you straight away.

What should my child bring to the session?

Comfortable sportswear, trainers and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.

Book Kids Strength & Conditioning

All sessions are booked via our Mindbody system. Parents log into their account and select their child to reserve a space.

BOOK KIDS SESSION

Our private training facility offers a calm, focused alternative to commercial gyms. With a maximum of 4 members in the space at any one time, you can train without waiting for equipment or feeling overcrowded.
