Can I pause or cancel any time?+
Yes — monthly memberships can be paused or cancelled in line with the notice period in your membership terms. Day passes are one-off.
What times can I use the gym?+
Gym members have unlimited access during our published opening hours.
I have a Pilates membership — how do I add gym access?+
If you’re on a Pilates membership, you can add Unlimited Gym Access for £10.10/month. Message us and we’ll set it up for you.
Is the gym busy?+
We keep numbers comfortable and the space intentionally calm. Off-peak is typically late mornings and early afternoons on weekdays.
Do I need an induction?+
If you’re new to training or would like support using equipment, we recommend booking an induction or PT session so you feel confident from day one.
Can I add Personal Training?+
Absolutely. We offer PT memberships and add-ons depending on the level of support you want. Message us and we’ll recommend the best fit.
What’s the difference between a Day Pass and Membership?+
A Day Pass is a one-off visit. Membership is best if you want consistency and ongoing access within opening hours.
Do members get perks?+
Yes — all EDIT Wellness memberships include access to all events, plus occasional member perks and offers.
