Policies & cancellations

We keep things simple and fair — these policies protect our time and make sure every client has the best experience.

Patch tests are required 48 hours before any lash or brow services. If you haven’t had a patch test with us before, please book one before your appointment.
We don’t infill or remove work completed by other beauticians — we only work on our own sets. This is to protect your natural lashes/nails/brows and maintain our treatment standards.
Our cancellation policy is:
  • Free if cancelled more than 48 hours before
  • 50% charge if cancelled within 48 hours
  • 100% charge if cancelled within 24 hours
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to keep to the schedule. If we can’t complete the appointment safely in the remaining time, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
A no-show is when you don’t attend your appointment and don’t contact us in time. No-shows are charged at 100%.
